Truth, Illusion & Consciousness

War propaganda is in full swing.

There has never been a war without the population being riled up and put in line first.

In hindsight, it’s always obvious.

And yet it works. Over and over again.

Sides are forming. Opinions clash. Everyone thinks they’re right.

Sometimes I wish there were a clear line between good and evil, that it was obvious which side is the right one—and that I could be sure I’m on the right side of history.

But life doesn’t work like that. It comes in infinite shades. We are being steered, directed, manipulated, informed by people with their own agendas. Behind closed doors, deals are made. Outside, there’s speculation and interpretation. Artificial intelligence can stage any story as “fact.” We no longer know if someone really said something—unless they’re standing right in front of us (and even then, it’s up to our own interpretation).

Truth can only be approached by constantly remembering that we don’t know everything, can’t see the full picture—and by staying open and informed from many angles.

Most people, however, are constantly trying to prove and confirm their own position. That’s why any piece of information can be used by any opinion bubble to reinforce its own truth. You only notice that when you let your walls down and stop reflexively devaluing the other side, stop thinking they’re dumb or bashing them—and instead stay open to their arguments, even if they don’t end up convincing you.

There are plenty of lies. And many of the lies are easy to detect. Another story are facts, thrown on the table—and everyone looks at them through their own lens. Everyone believes they see the truth from their perspective. But it’s still a perspective. From these perspectives, narratives are built. So-called truths.

And still—it’s important to take a stand.

Not from the assumption that you have the truth, but by feeling your own truth and following it consistently. By trusting your intuition. By first recognizing it again. Not turning outward for change, but inward. And by doing so, inspiring others.

Yes, it’s a fabricated reality. A game. The human game. The Matrix.
It wants to be played—so you can reach the higher levels.

Visualizing the genius level may help you face the challenges along the way. But you must face them to move forward.

It’s about following your conscience. Knowing that your conscience is shaped by your culture, your upbringing, your information sources, your social class, your family, your environment, your nation, your religion, the climate you grew up in.
Most of it is not logic, not clarity, not common sense. Morality, ethics and values are learned. The universe knows no morality.

Still—you get to choose your values, your morals, your ethics.
There is that inner voice in you that knows the world you want to live in. That knows what you must be, do and choose to move toward it.

That voice is bent and buried beneath old wounds—most of which aren’t even yours. Collective trauma is currently screaming for resolution. But the healing begins with you. With each and every one of us.

Are you facing your fears? And are you aware that most of the fear, the worry about the future, the powerlessness you feel—is perception? A perception of others’ thoughts, emotions and feelings? A perception of the unhealed pain of your ancestors?

You can only be manipulated into the narrative of war-mongers if you haven’t healed the terror, shame, guilt, and blame from past events within you. And if you haven’t cleared the scars that remain.

Because even agreeing to war is a trauma response.
How numb must someone be to send their children and grandchildren to go kill 18-year-olds from another nation—and be killed by them—just so that P*tin “doesn’t win”?

In circles of consciousness seekers, spirituals, and lightworkers, there are so many who don’t face their fears and uncomfortable truths. Who ignore the elephant in the room.
Who rely on “everything will be fine.” The golden age is coming. It’s already here.
Who talk about being in a high vibration—and use that to push away the lower ones instead of facing and healing them.

We’re not here to feel selectively.

And if you’re living now, in this time, you came here to help shape this great transformation.
To plant the seeds for what’s to come. In your own, personal, unique way. No one else needs to understand it.

You didn’t come here to wait for others to wake up so that everything can finally get better.

We all came here to wake up—no matter how much we think we already know.

According to Rudolf Steiner, we are living in the winter of humanity.
And—in my own words—winter is when the seeds gather strength underground, so they can grow and thrive when the time is ripe.

He says this winter will last until the 2080s.

Damn.

I would’ve liked to harvest the fruits of what we’re doing now.

Maybe we will.
There are countless future possibilities.
We choose and create them!

You didn’t come into this lifetime to have it easy and cozy. You came to plant the seeds for the new.
To prepare the new world—within you, and through you.
In your own individual way.

And that means not just tolerating the uncomfortable—but embracing it as part of life.
No better, no worse than the comfortable.
What if you could find ease and comfort even in difficult times?

The fear, the helplessness, the anxiety about the future in Germany, Europe & the world—it’s palpable.
The danger is real. And yes—it’s part of the discomfort we seem to still require collectively.

Do you sense it? Or does it belong to you?
Does it trigger you—so you ignore it?
What coping strategy do you choose?

Do you choose fight?
You’re angry? You write hateful messages and comments? Argue just to beat the “opponent” with words?

Or do you choose flight?
You look away? Distract yourself? Do not leave the house anymore?
Convince yourself the problem will dissolve if you ignore it? That you’re not giving it energy that way, not focusing on it? Which isn’t true—as long as it triggers you, you’re still giving it energy on an unconscious level.

Or are you frozen—in freeze mode?
Feeling powerless, unable to get anything done, exhausted, wanting to stay in bed all day and pull the blanket over your head until it’s all over?

Raising your frequency doesn’t mean running from what you don’t want to see in your future.
It means recognizing who you truly are, stopping the distractions, trusting the signals of your body, being willing to feel & sense—and acknowledging your trigger points and working with them.

Being conscious means acknowledging what is:
The good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly.
Only your emotions—especially the repressed and denied ones—give something the energy that creates more of it.

Fear of war attracts war.
Repressed and denied fear of war attracts war.

Looking at the danger of war and the interests of the war-mongers.
Don’t buy into lies and propaganda.
Healing your trigger points.
Speaking from your healed, true self.
That’s what creates peace.

Facing the conflict within you—
That’s how you learn and become true peace.

In your world—and therefore, for all of us.

Because everything is one.
